Mane. Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your Mane account and the data associated with it. Mane is developed by aliousyucex. For any questions, contact us at [email protected].
Delete from within the app
The fastest way to permanently delete your account:
- Open the Mane app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or include your username), with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, username).
- Your credit balance and full credit history.
- Your generations and their source/result images.
- Your purchase records and any support messages.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Note that purchases are non-refundable and remaining credits are forfeited on deletion. Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes) may be kept as required by law.
