Mane. Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Mane mobile application ("the App") operated by aliousyucex. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Mane lets you preview AI-generated changes to your hair (style and color) from a photo you provide. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are illustrative; they may not be accurate or realistic.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You must own or have the right to use every photo you upload.
- You must not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
- You must not upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, or infringing content.
- You are responsible for how you use generated images.
You retain ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited license to process and store your photos solely to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Credits and payments
- Generations are paid for with credits. One generation uses one credit.
- Credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Credits do not expire.
- New devices receive a limited number of free generations (lower quality, watermarked).
- Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are final. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store. If a purchase is refunded after credits were used, your balance may become negative and must be settled before new generations.
5. Gifts and promotional codes
Any gift credits, creator/promotional codes, or complimentary credits are provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to grant, modify, limit, suspend, or revoke such gifts and promotional credits at any time, with or without notice. Promotional and gift credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money. We may void codes or credits obtained through fraud, abuse, or error.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the App, attempt to bypass credit or usage limits, reverse engineer it, or use it to create misleading, deceptive, or non-consensual imagery of real people.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding your photos) are owned by aliousyucex and protected by law.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI results may be unexpected, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aliousyucex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
